Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.

As we operate as a dropshipping business, products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier location.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Typical delivery times:

  • Australia: 7–21 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These offers are subject to change without notice.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


Tracking

Tracking is provided for most orders. However:

  • Some shipping methods may offer limited or delayed tracking updates

  • Tracking may take several days to become active

If tracking shows your parcel is in transit, it is considered shipped.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist by:

  • Checking tracking information

  • Contacting the supplier or courier where possible

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the packaging and contents

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will assess the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This does not incur additional shipping charges unless stated at checkout.
